Returns and Refund Policy for Rioshe
By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.
1. Cancel the Order
Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed to ensure quick and efficient handling. As a result, we are unable to accept cancellations after the order is confirmed.
We encourage all customers to carefully review their selections, quantities, and details before finalizing a purchase. If you have any questions or require assistance before placing an order, please reach out to our customer support team via the mail that is shown on the website’s footer. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
2. Returns
We accept returns only on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item or damaged item).

Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

Please contact our customer service via the mail shown on the website’s footer to confirm your problem and get the return address before you make any decision.

If you return the item without our confirmation, we cannot assure that it will be returned successfully to our return address and we will NOT refund it in this case.

Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and we will not take responsibility for any return package without a confirmation or notice from us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Our policy lasts 7 days from arrival date for you to send photos of evidence of damaged/broken items. If 7 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Non-Refundable Situations:

Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customer’s mistakes on the shipping address or customer’s unavailability.

Any loss of products due to the security of the customer’s living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund.

We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive the delivery.

The shipping fee will NOT be refundable once items have been shipped.
Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
What if I haven’t received my refund?

First check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (3 – 10 business days) before a refund is posted.
